Complex of many small, active cells forming large, high stratiform complex

NOTE: Wet radome attenuation and also precip. attenuation likely 
for the 74C radar after ~1645 to 1700.

Large E fields throughout except at 12 km altitude near top of
stratiform region.
No evidence of anvil like structure from the MER plots.
Apparently very little wind shear.

Scatter plot of GEmag vs. 10km box avg reflect has a few points
<5 dBZ and E > 3kV/m.

Landing was at Daytona Beach due to weather at PAFB.
